Very friendly owners!

Our first impression was wonderful the caretakers were awesome, affordable and close to the city but not to close so that you dont feel like you are camping in your backyard. Then you find out that you cant go in the water but that is also more mother natures issue and not the caretakers. So we have a wonderful spot with a beautiful view of an algae covered lake, we set up our tent go for a nap as we want to look at the stars later. We wake up around 10:30ish and what do I see all over the place but bats!!!!! I told my husband to just leave everything so he packed up the car in the dark as I stayed in the car screaming every time a bat dived any where near the car or him. WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIGHER RATING BUT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE PAID FOR 2 NIGHTS DROVE AN HOUR OUT OF THE CITY JUST TO BE THERE FOR ONLY A FEW HOURS OURSELVES, befor we drove home maybe if we had known we were not able to go in the lake and that there were bats out at night we could have made more of an informed choice.

Really nice place to camp

Very nice and clean camp ground. The camp attendants are awesome and really make you feel at home.

Fantastic. Lori and Terry are amazing people and hosts. They make everyone feel like family. They always have something going on and include all campers . No other Campground offers what they do. Very clean including out houses.
