Visited the garden centre, nice plants clean and didn't need to go into store. Got what I wanted and out. Quick and easy.
They need to bring in ex stock so the other ppl have more so fussred they can't keep stock for size 6 dinars come on now
Product availability is very bad and customer service staff are moody.
The service was super friendly and mostly knowledgable. A new hire couldn't help me locate a certain item which is fine, but a lady I've seen there for years, directed me to what I needed immediately. I never give 5s for any raring so you got my maximum lol
This store is not a great store. When it first opened (the Supercenter) it was nice...clean, friendly staff, easy to find what you need, etc. In the last few years it has gone downhill BAD. And the Pharmacy is the WORST! They are rude, difficult to understand, & worst of all, THEY MADE A PRESCRIPTION ERROR! I have been trying to contact Head Office now for over a month, & NO ONE will contact me! They shorted me HALF of my Diabetic medication, & my husband had to take a half day off of work so we could go to the doctor to get proof, & go back to the Pharmacy. With our co pay, we were out almost $200, & several hours of our life we cannot get back. They didnt even APOLOGIZE! After speaking with a Front End manager, they gave us a $25 gift card to cover the co pay....we are still out over $150! WARNING TO ALL: Stand right at the counter, before you leave the pharmacy, and COUNT YOUR PILLS/CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION! Once you leave the pharmacy they will NOT take your side or even CHECK. This is ESPECIALLY important if you take any triplicate prescriptions. (Anyone who takes those knows what Im talking about) I have had two OTHER pharmacies in Wetaskiwin short me on pain meds, one did it twice, & they had to do a pharmacy count before I was vindicated. And I was...all four times now! This is UNACCEPTABLE. And they treat you like a criminal, when its their mistake! Walmart pharmacy is no exception. So please, check your prescription on the spot before leaving the pharmacy area!! Trust me here! The rest of the store is no better, especially the rude employees. Management is no better. Only about 3 staff members in the entire store are polite & knowlegable. Store is frequently dirty & out of stock on MANY items. Staff also buys items before customers, so if there is an item in high demand, go elsewhere. Employees get first dibs here. Travel the 15-20 minutes & go to the Leduc store. Much cleaner, better stocked, & better organized.HORRIBLE STORE! And their website is the WORST of any store online.
