I wasnt happy with our stay for how much we paid. Our bathroom door wouldnt close, we were stoked about the pool not realizing we would have to walk across the cold parking lot in a rain storm to get to the pool. Got food delivered and like most places they couldnt just come to the room number my husband had to weight in the entrance which also stunk as well as the hallways. After a long day we were excited to crawl into bed and watch some tv and the cable wasnt working so then had to call and get the lady to come replace the whole thing she was at least quick to fix it but defiantly not worth the money.
We stayed for 2 nights recently - we had 2 rooms with 2 adults each and 4 children under the age of 8 years total. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The pool was great too - definitely child friendly. The kids loved that they could ask for a cookie from the front desk every day, (sometimes twice) Very happy with our stay!
Absolutely love the service we got. Great rooms and Stephanie she was super helpful & so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure we were totally taken care of and we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you Stephanie you were the BEST
The service at this hotel was exceptional, there was an error with my booking (no fault of theirs), and the front desk staff worked to sort out the issue immediately. We were there with a soccer team and she ensured we were all close to each other's rooms, and even brought our towels to the pool in a big ol stack for the girls. The rooms were clean and when we required extra bedding it was brought in less than 5minutes. We would stay there again without hesitation.
Took the king suite with jet tub. Nice spacious room. Cleanness give it a 3. Breakfast wss awesome, fresh.
