Been dealing with Tom' for 20 years or more..always does whats needed to fix the problem and i find the pricing to be fair and reasonable. Never had a problem with the work done.
I wish i could give it a zero stars. Horrible service, might not show up for appointments and not call, then don't do work properly, so it has to be redone and then charge for things they didn't do. Also rude and unprofessional. Once called after WHOLE day wait, woman said ''hey,we are busy, do you understand?''. Thats their excuse for not bothering to call when they are unable to come. After one man showed up next week half of stuff he said impossible to do, other things were ''fine as it is''. The worst service i've ever experienced in my entire life including service in other countries. Avoid at all cost
Great service. Tom is punctual, polite, informative, and helpful and did great work at a fair price. He has replaced 2 hot water tanks for me in different homes. One was a wintertime emergency replacement and he was there right way. He has referred me when unable to do a job he doesn't do. I am needing more work and will absolutely call Tom.
