Brentridge Ford was professional and provided us with confidence and service in the purchase of our 2017 Fusion. I appreciated the online questions about my travel in and the information about the car that I was interested in viewing. That information causes us to drive from Edmonton because we already knew about the car we would see. When we arrived, the staff was dressed in company jackets. This increased my confidence in the dealership. All the staff was knowledgeable. Earl was accommodating. It was a disappointment that the battery died when we returned to Edmonton, but we were given great service in a loner vehicle the next morning. It would have been an even better experience if the far had had a full gas tank when it was returned!
This is our second vehicle we have bought from Brentridge and service was once again outstanding. Darryle once again went above and beyond and got us into a truck that we wanted. We will be recommending anyone looking for a new vehicle to go check out Brentridge.
Fantastic service!!!!I never fill in these reviews but feel compelled to after the service we received buying a used SUV from Brentridge Ford. Milt was amazing!!!! gave us sound advice and a price no one else could compare with.When we left the dealership the vehicle had a few issues.. Milt sent a guy the same day (we are over 45 minutes away) with a replacement vehicle and fixed the issues. Then followed up again and again until he know we were satisfied and everything was perfect... We absolutely love our vehicle, can't believe the deal we got and will only buy from Milt from now on.thank you, thank you, thank you Brentridge Ford
Great place to deal with and definitely a no pressure sale atmosphere which is a nice change. Seamless trade in and purchase experience and got the most out of incentives. Would recommend to others.
I was looking for a Ford Fusion for my daughter and saw one online at Brentridge. I called and spoke with Gary who was straight forward and honest. He assured me we were in the same price range to make a deal. Drove to Wetaskiwin and had a deal done in less than an hour. Gary was awesome to deal with along with all the staff. He spent a considerable amount time going over all the functions and controls with my daughter. It really was a great experience. I will be back.
