I recently bought Toyota 4 Runner from Toyota City Wetaskiwin and I had wonderful experience while trading in my vehicle and buying a new one.I drove all the way from Calgary to buy this 4 runner, only because Josh was very professional and honest about my trade in value.As I was in the market for more than 2 months and was dealing with lots of dealerships, but I felt something special about their customer service on phone whe I spoke with Josh.When I got there, Nolan took over and went over all the details with me very professionally and in the end, John was very kind to accept the offer I made.Overall I had the best experience this time while buying my new vehicle. For Sure I will travel another 600 kms to Toyota City Wetaskiwin to buy another vehicle when I need.
By far the best experience one could even begin to imagine. From the moment you walk in the dealership. You become so much more than a sale. You instantly become family. I went to five dealers in my search. None even came close. I met Josh when I walked in the door and I was met with a huge smile and a handshake. He sat me down to find out exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He went on to pull the vehicle up to the front of the store and showed me all the reasons this met everything we discussed. As he was getting the vehicle ready I was approached by another salesman whom offered up a coffee refill or anything else I could ask for. Then the manager came out to say hi and see if I was looked after.. everyone was amazing to deal with. A huge shout out to Josh, my sales guy. John, the sales manager. Although I didnt end up purchasing a car from this dealership, I would like to give a huge kudos to Nolan Ryland for providing me with professional knowledge regarding many different vehicles brands/models. Nolan diligently searched for cars within my price range not just at this dealership but all the others affiliated. I test drove at least 5 and he answered all of my questions, without hesitationNolan Ryland is awesome!

We bought a used Murano at Toyota City in August. We phoned the dealership ahead of our visit and when we arrived Nolan had the vehicle sitting in front of the dealership washed and running. It was a very positive experience after the high pressured atmosphere in Edmonton. Nolan listened to us and when the deal was made his team went over and above to ensure we could drive our vehicle home that night. Nolan followed up making sure we received our additional key fobs.
