I have rented from avenue living for the past 7 months now and just signed a year lease. I love my place. Great price and perfect for just me and my daughter. Laura Saunderson is the best. Very patient with me and understanding with my situation being a single new Mom. The ground keepers here are amazing keeping the area clean and put together. If I have any questions or concerns I know Laura would be very helpful with anything in her power. When I first moved in Dayna was the landlord and she was very down to earth and very willing to get me into my place. Those two Ladies are the best and great to deal with. I like stopping by their office just to chat. Amazing women. I look forward to renting with them for hopefully years to come. My place is the perfect location close to almost everything here intown. I give them five stars if I could give them more I would. I'd recommend these places to anyone. I actually recommend a friend to rent from them and he got himself a three bedroom in the same places. Dayna was extremely helpful with getting them in here and got them in fast. Thanks a million I love it here. Keep up the good work ladies.
I was on disability took the insurance company almost three months to pay me was two months behind on rent I was told to leave. They charged me $7900 kept my damage deposit of $1025 and I was charged 6 months power of $575. Living there was hell had drunk people past out on my steps, had to call rcmp on neighbors more than 9 times for here beating up her boyfriend etc. Always the excuse that they could never do anything. Well why don't you do better rental checks get good tenants in. Took them 6 weeks to fix my hot water tap. The house got so humid the paint started to peel of the ceiling in the bathroom. The people I spoke to in Calgary were quite rude. I would never recommend this rental company.
I have a business at Wetaskiwin Mall and I find the Maintenance Staff very helpful and experienced. They are helpful with any situation that arises and suggestions that work. Brian did more in the first month he was here than the previous staff in the last couple years. All the staff is always friendly.
It's ok. But fir the price you can live downtown Edmonton or Calgary
