Terrible realtor. I signed a contract with them to commence on June 18th. The realtor sent me one text message informing me what his email was to send a copy of the contract. On June 29th I drove to their office to deliver a house key which he never picked up. I texted him and stating that.. his response was "ok thanks". Two weeks later no lock box. Called him and was told they had no lockboxes and he was waiting for them to be delivered.Well contract ended on the 18th of September ... no lock box was ever put on property.... only contact from him was asking me if I wanted to renew...I stated I wanted my house key returned... texted him 6 days later again requesting my house key back... his sign was still on my property... no response.I finally removed it myself. A week after he leaves me a voice mail asking if he could go on my property to get his sign. My response was no key no sign.Never sign with them ..... it is now Oct 4th. Contract has long since ended and he has yet to return my house key.So unprofessional!
